As the images show, there has been some exciting progress recently at the Quartz Apartments development site on Addison Avenue, Bulimba.

The last section of level 3 for Building B’s concrete slab is about to be poured. Materials are set to arrive later this month and the final designs for roof trusses have now been completed. With roofing scheduled for completion by the end of September and the first delivery of doors and windows arriving late next week, luxurious internal finishes for this stage of apartments will be completed mid to late November. This will mean that some apartments are likely to be finished prior to Christmas.

Building A of Quartz Apartments is currently just six weeks behind Building B, with the completion of apartments in this block scheduled for mid to late February.
