Quartz Apartments | CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Despite the challenging weather conditions, progress has continued and much of Quartz Apartments unique design has taken shape.

Building B’s external finishes are 90% complete. Its structure is finished, roof on and internal finishes are proceeding. Overall apartments are 70% completed internally. Cabinetry, appliances and carpet will be fitted in the display apartment over the coming weeks in preparation for furnishing and then opening for viewing late February. Watch out for more updates shortly!

Buyers will be impressed with the spacious balconies and generous living areas, coupled with high quality fittings and the stunning colour scheme throughout the apartment.

Building A’s structure is now complete, with external finishes 50% finalised and internal finishes 30% completed.

The recreational area, 20 metre pool and gymnasium are on schedule, with the roof currently going on both the barbeque and gymnasium areas. External concreting is occurring for the swimming pool at present, in preparation for tiling. The construction team is hoping weather conditions remain fine to enable the work in these areas to continue to plan.

Overall construction for all beautiful areas within Quartz is progressing well and an April completion date is currently being aimed for.

Quartz Announces Resident Managers

Experienced Resident Managers Brydon and Leisa Halliday have been appointed to manage all rental arrangements for Quartz Apartment investors. With extensive background in property management, Brydon and Leisa will be living onsite and have early access to Quartz Apartments prior to completion, allowing them to take prospective tenants through and ensure investor apartments are let swiftly and efficiently.
