Ethan holds over 7 years experience in the Construction Industry. As Finishes Foreman he works closely with managers, contractors, and other onsite workers to ensure construction programmes are successfully completed on time and within budget.

He is the main liaison with colleagues and clients and is responsible for reporting on project progress to senior management. He is also responsible for conducting quality and saftey inspections and ensuring work is finished to the highest standard while dealing with day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise.
