“The interior design of our top floor 2bed + study is one of the best plans we have seen. We liked the large balcony and the floor plan maximises the park and river views from the various main living areas. The kitchen is state-of-the-art and provides direct access to the balcony. Bedrooms are located away from the living areas and the master bedroom has a large walk in robe and a spacious ensuite, with double shower and twin vanities as standard inclusions. Side by side double car parking was a feature not often available in other developments, along with the option to purchase an additional storage area.
We chose Quartz over other apartments because we liked the riverside location in Bulimba, and the fact we can walk to Oxford Street shops and cinemas, take a City Cat to work or catch the cross river ferry to Teneriffe. Living nearby, we have always kept an eye on the Quartz block of land. We were pleased to discover Jadecorp were the developer because of their reputation as quality builders. They have been very cooperative in allowing us to make modifications to individualise our apartment with some additional inclusions.
Quartz will provide us with freedom of lifestyle, peace of mind when we go on holidays and the bonus of not having to come home and clean the pool! We are looking forward to entertaining family and friends on our large balcony and taking in the view.”
